On this page, you can add tasks to your to-do list, the board view will then show you what importance the task is based on what you wrote (default setting is 1) and also when the task is due (default setting is today). You can freely move your task from one group to another whether you have not stated it yet, are progressing on it or are done. If you don’t want that specific task to be displayed anymore, move it to Archived or simply delete it. The sort is the following: Tasks higher on the list are tasks that have a very tight deadline or are overdue and that have a greater importance. Importance is the defining factor if the task has a long deadline (generally more than 2 days) and the deadline is generally the defining factor for the sort if the task is either due in a very short time or is overdue.
